GENERAL RULES

Films entered into the competition must have been completed on or after January 1, 2011. (Although we use the word "film," the entries may be shot on film or video.) Submissions must be on DVD or Blu-ray. Films not in English must have English subtitles. Films may be distributed already and need not be premieres.

ELIGIBILITY

Submissions may be shot in any film format or any video format.

Only one title may be submitted per entry.

Films or videos must have been completed on or after January 1, 2011.

Students must include a photocopy of current student ID with entry. Students are not required to submit in the student category – you have the choice of entering in any appropriate category.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Film or video entries (3 copies) must be submitted on DVD (region 1 or 0 strongly preferred) to be considered in the competition. For scripts entered into competition, submit 2 printed copies of the script.

Films and videos in all languages are welcomed to the competition, but if the language is not English, then English subtitles must be used.
